VAS operates throughout Europe and covers the entire process of energy and environmental technology from a single source. Due to the existing expansion and very dynamic growth, we are looking for additional specialists for the following position:
Site Manager / Supervisor (m/f) Salzburg
Your responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of assembly teams ( internal and external )
- Instruction of the assembly teams and the contracted external companies ( safety, fire protection etc. )
- Supervision and control of the quality of the performed works ( technical and visual )
- Control and confirmation of all work reports
- Control of all deliveries ( qualitative, quantitav and time )
- Independently proposes solutions to problems and implements them in coordination with the project manager
- Direct contact person for the customer on site
- Documentation of the project progress
- Keeping a pending list with clear priorities, times and responsibilities
- Organization of return deliveries of materials and tools
- Organization of all necessary complementary services ( cranes, lifting equipment etc. )
For this you bring the following knowledge and personal qualities:
- Completed technical training
- Relevant experience as a site manager or similar position.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- German and English spoken and written
- Willingness to travel approx. 85
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and commitment

For this position, a correspondingly attractive endowment is offered for the qualified professional. Depending on the experience background and qualifications, a guideline for the annual fixed salary is approximately € 50,000 at the start. Willingness to overpay available.
