According to customer concerns a very specific plant will be build.
System Configuration: fuel handling, 5MW biomass furnace, steam generator (vaporizer, superheater, economizer),
turbo unit (turbine and generator from Siemens) and bagfilter with additive addition
Features: waterpipe - natural circulation - high pressure steam boiler at 43bar, installation of main components
outdoors with roofing (except turbo unit and fuel handling), electr. efficiency in condensed operating about 24%.
The realization of this 1 MWe. Steam boiler plant at LGE made by the partners:
